The Museum Foundation of the Philippines
(formerly Concerned Citizens for the National Museum) is a non-stock, non-profit, membership, and volunteer organization dedicated to developing greater awareness and appreciation in the Filipino of our country’s rich artistic and cultural heritage in partnership with the National Museum and its network of divisions and branches.
We raise awareness by
- Conducting lectures on art, history, and culture
- Organizing Art in the Park, the MAARTE bazaar, and cultural study tours
- Providing minor financial assistance for activities related to education, exhibitions, publications, and collection management
- Forming partnerships with organizations with similar missions
